? Incorrect Information Appears.
If you believe you are not viewing correct information, you may be viewing information which was "cached" on your computer.  Since our Web site is constantly updated, it requires you to set your Web browser so that it will not "cache" pages.  The purpose of a "cache" is to prevent the browser from reloading each page, and instead require it to use a version stored locally on your computer; using a "cached" version will prevent you from seeing the most current pages we offer.  To make sure you are not viewing a "cached" page, first try pressing the "Reload" or "Refresh" button.  If the same page reappears, you need to "clear the cache."  In Netscape 4.x for Windows, choose Edit | Preferences | Advanced | Cache; in Netscape 3.x, select Options | Network Preferences |Cache; then click on "Clear Memory Cache Now" and "Clear Disk Cache Now."  In  Internet Explorer 3.x, choose View | Options | Advanced | Temporary Internet Files | Settings, and click on "Empty Folder."  For Internet Explorer 4.0, choose View| Internet Options | General.   Under "Temporary Internet Files," click on "Delete Files."
