Anyone may view Statements of Economic Interests for any reason. The Board makes Statements available for viewing at the Board’s offices located at 212 East Washington Avenue, 3rd Floor, Madison, Wisconsin 53703 from 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
We can e-mail a .pdf copy of a Statement for $.25 per file. We can also mail you a copy of a Statement. The cost of a mailed copy is $.25 per page. If you want us to e-mail or mail you a copy, please complete, print, and send us the attached form.
